Journey Planners are denying journeys from Altrincham to Stations on the Hope Valley Line. The journeys are denied because the NFM64 fares check reveals that tickets were more expensive from Altrincham to Grindleford, Hathersage, Bamford, Hope, Edale, Chinley and New Mills Central, than from Manchester to Grindleford, Hathersage, Bamford, Hope, Edale, Chinley and New Mills Central. As a result, journeys via Manchester are denied. This positive Routeing Point easement will override the fares check and allow the journey. This easement will operate in both directions of travel.
