This Local easement applies in both directions.

    • does not pass through any of { Carstairs [CRS] Kilmarnock [KMK] Long Preston [LPR] Newcastle [NCL] Preston (Lancs) [PRE] }

    then…

    • the local journey may double-back through { Bare Lane [BAR] Carnforth [CNF] Lancaster [LAN] } if any of these locations is the overall journey origin or destination, even if it fails the fares check
